Can anyone hire a Mobility Scooter?
No, our fleet of Scooters are reserved for clients with reduced or restricted mobility needs
Can my family use the Scooter when I am not using it?
The Scooter hire is solely for the individual with the reduced mobility. Any other rider other than the hirer will be liable for all damages and the deposit me be retained.
What is the weight limit?
For the Single Mobility Scooter, the maximum weight is 23.5 Stone (150kg)
For the Dual Mobility Scooter, the combined maximum weight is 31.5 Stone (200kg)
What do I do if there is a problem?
We know that problems happen from time to time, please call us on +34 711064060 and we shall try to assist you as soon as possible.
How fast can I go?
Although our Mobility Scooters have a maximum speed of 40 km/h, we politely remind you, they are there to assist with walking, so please ride them at a walking speed to match other people around you.
Where do I collect and return my Mobility Scooter?
We are located oposite the Columbus Hotel in Las Americas. Collection and return time is between 09:00 & 11:00 daily.
